Next 4-week Group Consulting Circle will be:
Tuesdays from 4:30-6PM PST | 6:30-8PM CST | 7:30-9PM EST
March 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st
Investment: $160 for all 4 sessions
*Replays of each session is included
Location: Online via Zoom
Group Size: 3-6 individuals
*Once this group is full, we will start a waiting list for the next group happening in the future. If there is enough interest, a 2nd group at a different day/time may be added in March. Once you apply, you will be kept in the loop via email.

The Group Consulting Sessions meet weekly and are intentionally paced. Each session blends education, guided reflection, nervous system regulation, and facilitated conversation in a way that feels grounding rather than overwhelming.

At the end of the workshop, you will be invited to apply for the Group Consulting Circle if it feels aligned.

Do I need prior experience or knowledge to join?
No experience needed. The space is trauma-informed and low-pressure, welcoming all levels.
Is sharing required?
Sharing is completely optional and always respected.
Will I get a replay?
Yes, a replay and gentle follow-up will be sent to you.
Is this workshop in person?
No, it will be online through zoom! So, you can join from anywhere in the world. Once you register, you will be sent a link you will use to join the workshop.
What if I can't make it live?
Still sign up! We will send out a replay of the workshop after the event & you can still be a part that way!
Can I invite a friend?
Of course! Have them sign up as well, so we know who all will be joining us!
Is this really free?
Yes, it's really free! No strings attached. There will be a chance to sign up for our next round of Group Consulting at the end, but not required in any way!
Is what I share in this workshop confidential?
No, this is a safe space & we honor what you share. But it is recorded with others that attend, and we cannot guarantee what others may share outside of this workshop.
