Engage in guided sessions focusing on intentional living and neuroscience-informed nervous system regulation with Butterfly Effect Consulting, relish a calming chair massage from a licensed massage therapist, and enjoy nourishing meals. Additionally, take home your personal mindfulness journal to further your journey. Embrace a restorative experience—your intentional getaway is here for you. - 2-night stay in a private room at Main Street House BNB in Downtown Brenham.

- Breakfast Saturday & Sunday, light snacks throughout the weekend, & lunch Saturday!

- Multiple sessions from Butterfly Effect Consulting about mindfulness, being intentional inside of life, exercises for emotional/nervous system regulation, & more.

- Sessions about the importance of body movement, physical health & a chair massage by Here or There Massage.

About Tabitha from Butterfly Effect Consulting

Tabitha recognized early that she needed dedicated spaces—beyond the rhythm of daily life—to pause, reconnect with what truly matters, and gather tools that bring clarity. Chaos often felt like the default, and while pausing didn’t come naturally, she learned that support makes all the difference.

This retreat was born from her deep passion for nervous system regulation and a longing for presence in a world racing at a pace our minds and bodies weren’t designed to keep up with. Tabitha understands that constant tension can leave us feeling helpless, yet she’s found we’re far from powerless.

She believes in practices that help us regulate, recenter, and not just survive—but thrive. Our brains are wired for connection, community, and healing in the company of others.
